How Diversity Increase Revenue

A one-third increase(!) actually Markets and target groups are not homogeneous. Not globally, nor in Scandinavia, or any other country for that matter. A one size fits all marketing strategy won't work if you want to grow your audiences. You better understand people of your own gender, ethnicity, social class and home country. So if you would want to know how to reach other target groups, you could either study social and cultural differences, or hire/collaborate with someone who already knows. Several studies, both international studies and Norwegian, show that diversity directly corresponds with higher profits. Firms are actually 33% more likely to experience industry-leading profitability if their executive teams represent more cultural and ethnic minorities.
