From Master to Masterpiece
Technologies have made it possible for you to create and record music without access to major studios and sound engineers. But even though you have the possibility to create a masterpiece from home, there are big challenges in terms of sound quality after having mastered tracks? This applies to 'mistakes' that are repeated in the industry, especially among independent artists and labels that have fewer resources. These are “mistakes” that the team at Masterchannel has seen often after mastering over 200,000 songs globally in the last 2 years. During this session, Christian Ringstad Schultz will show us how Masterchannel solves this. He will also give us some tips and tricks for those who want to use AI mastering solutions and other tools, as well as work with sound engineers. This keynote is presented by Christian Ringstad Schultz from Masterchannel. Christians will then be joined by Carl-Henrik Wahl, Dani Deahl and Ole Henrik Antonsen in the session Revolutionizing Music Production, Collaboration and Future. It is also worth mentioning that Dani Deahl from BandLab will later give a demonstration on how to produce music by yourself, and in collaboration with others, no matter how far away you are from each other.
